It’s not every day that we get to say the word “centenarian,” much less say that we know one! However, on Sunday, Feb 13, 2023, many of us at the Hot Springs SDA Church were present to do both at Mildred Kraemer’s 100th birthday celebration! Representatives of our church choir also serenaded the group with songs sung in Swahili, which was a delight to Mildred and the entire group. When asked what her secret to longevity was, Mildred said “time.” What words of wisdom this is, given everything that she has seen and experienced since 1923! May God continue to bless you, dear Mildred, with many more years of life, health and happiness!
